Thank God I'm Fresh with White Pants

It’s no secret that a man must have a certain type of Fresh to pull off white pants or jeans; you can’t wear that dark denim all year around. White pants make a statement, and that might give a man pause when attempting the look. Just remember that to pull off the white pant look, balance—and confidence— is key. Bring the right items to the look and you’ll be sure to receive compliments from a nice lady or two.
For a beginner just easing into the world of white, keep it simple and contrast with bright colors. A bright polo, pair of loafers and some nice shades will create a cool, effortless look. Remember everything has to flow, so don’t kill the look with your white Air Force Ones and fitted hat.
For the intermediate level student, I suggest a move to cream linen pants. In the summer heat no other fabric will keep you cooler. Pair them with a contrasting shirt that contrasts in a neutral color such as black or navy. Step into a nice pair of dark suede shoes and you’re good to go.
For those with advanced white pant experience, it’s time to turn some heads. Try the white pants with a tailored fitting blue blazer. If you want to take it a level higher a white pinstripe suit will make history. Wear it with a contrasting shirt, a pair of black oxford shoes, and a braided belt for nice clean look that many will remember.
My favorite way to rock the white pant is with a pair of Urban Slim Fit broken-in chinos from one of the greatest places in the world: J Crew. Roll those pants up slightly, showing a little ankle adds a bit of character (may sound crazy to someone that’s not “cool” but this is what I’m here for). Pair them a chambray utility shirt, or a plaid shirt with a solid navy knitted tie, and a natural-colored tailored blazer. And don’t forget that white pocket square. For shoes, I recommend brown leather wing tips with no socks, or loafer socks that don’t show. If those aren’t for you try a pair of Converse distressed Jack Purcells, Sperry Top-Siders, or Adidas Sambas.

Retailors such as J Crew of course, Club Monaco, Levis, Martin and Osa, and UrbanOutfitters you can find great nice fitting white pants or jeans depending on the time of the year. For jeans Levis are the best, you can't really lose there.

Sounds like I need a pair of white jeans for the summer....I've already got the cream linen joints.
